LOVE
Our Core Value of Love is shown by respecting ourselves and others and doing all things with care and compassion. We can think of Love as personal development, self empowerment, awareness and devotion to our personal values, and maintaining positive self esteem.
LABOR
Our members are thoughtful of causes larger than ourselves and are active members of the communities around us. Our Core Value of Labor holds true by volunteering with Girls on the Run, contributing to local causes, and enthusiastically pursuing personal interests.
LEARNING
Gamma Phi Betas understand the importance of knowledge and exemplify Learning through challenging ourselves academically, personally, and professionally. We embrace Learning through a continual commitment to academic excellence, new experiences, and never-ending curiosity.
LOYALTY
Our members are loyal to Gamma Phi Beta, the sisterhood, and those around us. Our Core Value of Loyalty is demonstrated through long-lasting relationships, a true and constant sisterhood, and influencing the future generations of our sorority.
